TapLoop Arcade — six free browser puzzle games

TapLoop Arcade is a free collection of six calm browser puzzle games. No download, no sign-up, no tracking, no in-app purchases. Open a tab, play one round, close the tab.

The six games

Every game runs in a single browser tab, saves your progress locally, and respects your time. Pick one and start in under thirty seconds.

Logic puzzle Arrow Garden

Clear arrows whose lane to the edge is open. Deterministic boards, no timer.

Color sort Sort Dock

Pour colored cargo between tubes until each tube is a single color.

Number merge Merge Meadow

Slide and combine tiles in a 4×4 grid to build up to 2048 and beyond.

Memory match Tile Pantry

Flip face-down tiles to match eight pairs. No timer, a move counter only.

Route puzzle Circuit Path

Draw a single path from start to finish, collecting every battery along the way.

Reflex Reflex Rings

Tap green rings, avoid red ones. A 20-second round with a streak multiplier.

How TapLoop Arcade works

Every game is a single HTML file plus a shared JavaScript bundle. There is no installer, no client application, and no remote service required to play. Your best scores and current level are stored in your browser’s localStorage and IndexedDB. Nothing is uploaded to a server. If you clear your site data, your progress is reset; if you want progress on a new device, open the same browser on that device.

The arcade runs on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave, Opera, Samsung Internet). It works on desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone, and it works offline after the first visit thanks to a service worker that caches the game files.

What we will not do

  • We will not require an account, an email, or a phone number to play.
  • We will not run autoplay video ads, pop-unders, or full-page takeovers.
  • We will not sell your gameplay data, your best scores, or your device identifiers.
  • We will not push daily-streak guilt loops or FOMO timers designed to pull you back.

About TapLoop Arcade

TapLoop Arcade is an independent project under the TapLoop Games brand. We are a small team of designers and engineers building calm, well-designed software that respects the people who use it. The arcade is funded by a small amount of non-intrusive advertising on a subset of pages; the games themselves are always ad-free. Read the full about page for the design principles and team notes.

Frequently asked questions

Is TapLoop Arcade really free?

Yes. All six games are free, with no in-game purchases, no premium tier, and no pay-to-skip mechanics. A small number of content pages may show non-intrusive advertising to support the project.

Do I need to create an account?

No. TapLoop Arcade does not require an account, an email address, or any personal information. Your game progress is stored locally in your browser.

Does TapLoop Arcade work on mobile?

Yes. All six games are touch-friendly and work on any modern mobile browser. They also work on desktop with mouse or keyboard.

Will my progress sync between devices?

Progress is stored locally in the browser you played on. There is no cloud sync today. If you want progress on a new device, open the same browser on that device and your saved scores will be there.

Can I embed a TapLoop game on my own site?

Yes. Each game has a stable embed URL under /games/<slug>.html. You can drop it into an iframe with a minimum width of 320 pixels. Please do not modify the game itself and please respect the privacy choices of your visitors by surfacing our cookie policy.

How do I report a bug?

Email the contact address listed on the contact page. We read every message and typically reply within two business days.

What data do you collect?

Almost none. We keep coarse, anonymous traffic counts (how many times a page was opened) and a small set of first-party keys that save your game progress. On pages where ads are shown, Google AdSense may set cookies for ad personalisation and frequency capping. Full details are on the privacy page and the cookie policy.
